That includes being told no: which workflows AI shouldn’t touch, where a human must stay in the loop, and when the honest answer is “don’t buy this.”

FAQ
We tried ChatGPT and nobody used it. How is this different?
A blank chat box isn't a system. Nobody's job description includes "figure out prompting." We configure AI around your actual workflows, load it with your real examples and terminology, and train your team on their own work. That's the difference between an app on a phone and a workflow in the business.
Is our data safe?
That's the right first question. We use business-grade AI accounts with training on your data turned off, we write company rules about what never goes into an AI tool, and every workflow includes a human review step. Writing your company's AI rules is part of the engagement.
Doesn't AI make things up?
Sometimes, which is why nothing goes out the door unreviewed. AI writes the draft; your people approve it. Drafting was 80% of the time — review is the 20% that was always the valuable part.
Do we need new software?
No. We build on mainstream AI platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — configured for your company. No custom software, no fragile integrations, nothing your IT person has to maintain.
What does it cost?
The Workflow Review is $500, and if it doesn't show at least 5 hours a week worth recovering, you keep your money. The Redline is $3,500 fixed — five installed AI workflows, your company AI setup, an operating guide, team training, and your first quarterly tune-up — and your $500 review comes off the price. Compare that to the $40,000+ a year an admin hire costs.
How long does it take?
The Workflow Review takes about a week. The full Redline engagement takes two to three weeks, and your team is trained on the systems before we call it done.
What won't you do?
Custom software, integrations into mission-critical systems, and anything that removes human judgment from decisions that matter. We'll also tell you plainly which parts of your operation AI should not touch — that's the CUT and KEEP part of the Redline.
